What is it?
A 9 week, daily meditation and yoga training based on thousands of hours teaching and practice distilled into a proven, effective strategy to connect you to your Deep, Core. It integrates 4 different traditional styles of meditation informed by contemplative neuroscience; breathing and movement practices derived from yoga shown in psychophysiology to balance the autonomic nervous system; and best practices from emerging circadian biology and longevity research.

What is the time commitment?
The time progressively increases to harness the effects of neuroplasticity. In week 1 you’ll be doing 10 minutes after waking, 10 minutes near sleep and 1 minute midday for a total of 21 minutes/day. By week 9 you’ll be doing 27 minutes after waking, 27 minutes near sleep and 9 minutes midday for a total of 63 minutes/day. In addition, the practice becomes increasingly sophisticated as your skill level advances.
